Sea Kayaking - Firth of Forth

The Firth of Forth offers some fantastic sea kayaking opportunities, suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Whether it's a relaxed paddle around Cramond Island or a more adventurous trip to one of the Forth's many rocky outcrops we can put together a half or full day trip full of sights, sounds and plenty of smiles!

We have a general minimum age of 14yrs old. If your child is younger please then contact us to discuss.

Locations and journeys depend on the weather and sea conditions but below are a few examples of what we could do:

Cramond Island Tour - Half day only

Starting near Granton Harbour (only a 20min drive from the city centre!) this gentle paddle, ideal for beginners, follows the coast West towards Cramond before heading out to visit Cramond Island. After sampling the views and exploring the island we will head back to our start point again.

  • Guided half day trip:  £30 per person (or minimum £90) including all equipment and transport.*

Firth of Forth Island Hop - Full day only
