Climbing clothing

Clothing for your climbing session should ideally be loose fitting or stretchy, allowing you to move and climb freely. Try to avoid tight fitting jeans and bulky jumpers. Light weight clothing, the sort people wear for the gym or to play sports in is ideal.

It's a good idea to bring a warm jumper or jacket to wear in between climbs.

Footwear needs to be secure, supportive and protect the feet (ie sturdy trainers or boots). Soft and floppy shoes will make it difficult to grip on some of the smaller holds, and open sandles can lead to scraped toes.

Please ensure that long hair is tied back, and do not wear long or dangling earrings.
